About Me.
My name is Nour Norris, and I am a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and domestic abuse. With years of experience working with individuals and families, I offer a safe and compassionate space for healing and growth.
I provide therapy in both Arabic and English, ensuring language is never a barrier to support. Whether you’re seeking individual, couple, or family therapy, I’m here to guide you through the process.
Having a multi cultured background, I understand how culture can shape different mental health journeys. My approach integrates this understanding, ensuring therapy is accessible, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique identity and experiences.
My journey into this field was deeply personal. It’s not just a career but a calling that emerged from my experiences. Through this journey, I discovered the power of healing and resilience, and now I offer my expertise and knowledge to others. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to explore their emotions, confront their fears, and begin the journey toward better mental health.
As I have learned, if you seek change, it will happen. You have to believe and start the journey. I learned this through my work on the campaign that later developed into Raneem’s Law, a legal initiative I led to support victims of domestic abuse. This law is not just a professional milestone but a personal triumph, representing my unwavering commitment to giving a voice to the voiceless.

I am passionate about helping people create lasting change in their lives. We all go through stages of transformation, and whether it’s navigating life as a couple or overcoming the emotional scars of abuse, I understand the complexities of change. My goal is to offer the guidance and support you need to heal and thrive.
I also offer therapy through insurance, making sure that access to mental health services is as inclusive and flexible as possible.
Let's embark on this journey together because we all deserve the best mental health and a fulfilling life.
